Key Responsibilities
– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and off-plan properties across Dubai
– Provide in-depth knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and new developments
– Generate leads and build long-term relationships with clients through networking, referrals, and company-provided marketing support
– Schedule and conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations, documentation processes, and RERA compliance
– Work closely with internal teams (marketing, admin, and management) to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications
– Experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles (Dubai market knowledge is a plus)
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
– Self-driven, confident, and motivated by targets and performance-based rewards
– Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
– UAE driving license is preferred
RERA certification is an advantage (can also be obtained post-hiring)

– Plan and maintain content calendars in coordination with the marketing team

Qualifications
